Applying a precise level of fastener torque is critical in many assembly operations. Teledyne Instruments offers a number of products for measuring fastener torque and calibrating torque wrench tools. The LC-20 Torque Wrench Calibrator is a microprocessor-based instrument that provides measurements traceable to NIST. Lightweight and portable, it can be used in the field, laboratory or on the factory floor. The LC20 can be purchased as a torque wrench calibrator or a checker. We offer a wide range of Torque Sensor Socket Extensions for measuring fastener torque or calibrating torque wrenches in the field. Both Rotating and Reaction models are available, supplied with certificates of calibration traceable to NIST. Teledyne Instruments JT4000 Portable Digital Indicator is designed for use with our Torque Sensing Socket Extensions or any other strain-gage-based transducer. The JT4000 utilizes our Smart Connector technology which instantly recognizes each sensor and it's stored calibration data.
